In July 2022, we visited Chimney Rock State Park outside of Lake Lure, NC. This was my first visit to the park but as a huge fan of the movie Last of the Mohicans I was so excited to visit. Many of the most famous scenes in the movie were filmed here.

Hickory Nut Gorge Falls - dramatic waterfall and also a Last of the Mohicans Scene. This is the waterfall featured at the end of the movie.
